Senior Boy's final this afternoon had Trenton HS beating Adam Scott 21-0. So much for the ORU rankings. Trenton was 8th this week and Adam Scott was 4th. Both teams advance to the OFSAA AA next week.

Guelph Lakes Harry. Trenton High is the #1 seed in the AA tournament. Trenton High girls today play in the final AA today in Sarnia. It could happen again. Both girl's and boy's sides take gold in the same week. It took place last year!

Well the girl's didn't need too much luck they beat Bishop MacDonell from Guelph 17-0 in the final. 3 years in a row they have won OFSAA AA gold. Now we have to see if the boy's can win two in a row.

Season is over. It would be interesting how Trenton HS would do against Lorne Park who won the OFSAA AAA on Friday. Well, double gold again for Trenton HS in senior boy's and girl's. For a small school that is pretty good.

Haven't seen Trenton but I believe that Lorne Park, or Uxbridge for that matter would put thirty or more points on them. Still, congratulations to the Tigers boys and girls who did their school proud, two years in a row.

I don't think so Harry. 30 points! This is the same team that beat Lorne Park 2 years ago in the junior boy's final at the Barbarian Cup. THS boy's are very good. They beat Adam Scott from Peterborough twice this year and they were ranked 4th in Ontario for quite a while. Now we can't put a lot of faith in the rankings with what happened at Ofsaa AAA last week. THS beat Stouffville last year in the Ofsaa AA. So I would say that they are in the top 4 in Ontario this year. But get beat by 30 points? They are not Dunbarton Harry. Ops sorry Harry, I forgot Uxbridge beat them by 70. LOL!

The Spartans will return. The juniors from Dunbarton made the semi fianl of the Barbarian Cup this year so it looks like a better year next year for the Black and Red. No need for cheap shots though, if you want to do that talk about my reffing.

I didn't mean to disparage Trenton, just praise Lorne Park. I guess it will remain open to debate because the game will never take place.

There was a bit of stink made in the Toronto Star about Uxbridge beating Dunbarton by 70 but there was a time when Dunbarton would have had 70 plus on Uxbridge. The glory days for them back then! Maybe I could get Dunbarton to come to Belleville for the CSS tournament in 2011.

The good thing about that is that the Star is writing about rugby at all. Go Spartans Go.

I am from belleville myself, but 30points? Uxbridge defeated Adam Scott, 8-5. Trenton defeated them 21-0. Uxbridge lost 20-0 to Lorne park. Trenton also beat Stoufville last year for the gold. Trenton also defeated Lorne Park 2 years ago in Barbarian cup finals. I am not a betting man, but if i were to bet on this game. i would go 19-12 Tigers.
