    This dude obviously has some issues, but some of them may be valid. I read his rant, and there are some things I`m not sure I disagree with. Now his rant has been removed. Why? What happened to the explanations as to why a post is edited/removed? Now we`re removing topic threads altogehter. If this post of mine here goes missing too, I`m outta here.

    His rant was deleted I guess cos one of the Moderators didn`t like it. To be honest that has been happening for a long time.

    For a couple of years this forum used to be well subscribed to by various people from different levels of rugby throughout Canada and beyond. But then it went on a hiatus for what seemed like several months and most of those people don`t come here any more.

    Like he said it used to good for news, gossip, opinion etc etc and on top of that was pretty damn funny at times.

    Now? Not so much. On all counts.....

    His post was removed as it was in breach of the rules. We don`t have to provide written explanations on why a post has to be removed. One has to use common sense and think before posting and without having to spell out the rules when it should be basic common sense. Clearly posting about someone being drunk or drunks etc or making allusions to that on a public forum is uncalled for and breach of the the rules as would be in any Forum.

    Further the post was very attacking. He obviously has a strong dislike for one of the posters on this Forum but I don`t think it should get so personal. Either ignore the poster, contact the administrators privately about your concerns with the poster, but I don`t think the other poster needs to be attacked like that.

    Next, the Forum owner was attacked and indirectly the moderators as being incompentent and this Forum sucks and is not as good as the old one. This is irritating particularly when we are doing our best and we are not a multinational corporation, even Google goes down. The new Forum was not started to upset people but to provide a more secure Forum and other benefits. Sure,provide contructive criticism and post in the Forum suggestion area. I don`t need to be reminded months later of some problems that occurred with the old Forum and how now this Forum is not as good.

    It is not that hard to set up Forum. If people prefer a Forum with more liberal rules and more slap stick msn style chat Forum then set one up. I am looking for a Forum that discussing the issues in a less agressive and negative manner and that is easier to manage and moderate with less hassle and not having to justify obvious points to people.

    I didn`t see Heavy`s post but if he was berating me it doesn`t bother me. I figure he is harmless and can say what he wants about me on here or anywhere else. as can anybody.
